The Notifications section on the Settings tab contains notification templates of various types. All templates are designed to be adaptable to different languages. You can use standard templates or construct your custom notifications using designated placeholders.

Notification Types and Sample Templates

  • Additional notifications: This section is currently in development. It is intended for configuring and sending other notifications for specific custom purposes.

You can customize any template using the built-in editor based on your preferences. Utilize placeholders to enable the system to dynamically replace values based on visit and visitor data.

Personal invitation: An invitation sent to individual visitors. It typically contains personal access data, such as a PIN or QR code. .

Outlook plugin template (Deprecated): A template intended for generating and sending calendar invitations through the friendlyway Outlook plugin, which is no longer supported. It is recommended to use the instead.

Visit cancellation (Visitor): This notification is sent to all visitors in a scheduled visit when the visit is canceled. It may contain personal data. .

Visit cancellation (Organizer): This notification is sent to organizers of a canceled visit. .

Group invitation: An invitation sent to one or more visitors within a group (referred to as group leaders). It contains personal access data, such as a PIN or QR code, for all visitors in the group. .

Online pre-registration: This confirmation is sent to individual visitors who have successfully pre-registered online. It may contain personal data. .

Visitor registration onsite (Organizer): This confirmation is sent to visit organizers (and deputy organizers, if available) upon a visitor's successful registration onsite. It can be sent as an email or chat message in Microsoft Teams. .

Visitor registration onsite (Visitor): A visitor receives this confirmation when they successfully register at the location of their visit. .
