Publishing a Schedule

To start playing content on the output device, you should publish the schedule. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Schedule" tab in the "Schedule" menu.

2. Select the device group.

1. Click the “Publish Schedule” button.

1. If the content itself has not yet been published, you will be asked what exactly you want to publish:

Select one of the options:

• Schedule only: the system publishes the schedule and delivers it to devices.

• Schedule & content: the system publishes the schedule and the content and delivers them to devices.

After confirming your choice, you will receive a message that the schedule has been successfully published.

Playback starts on the target device according to the schedule.

If published content has been changed, it can be re-published from the corresponding tab such as ScreenFlows, Playlists or ShowBoards. Also, the schedule can be re-published together with the content.

If you updated the schedule, click Publish Schedule for the changes to take effect.
