Learn about the latest features and improvements in digital signage, visitor management, and parking management.
Highlights
Copy screens between ScreenFlows to reuse layouts across projects faster.
Use the parking app offline to access bookings and QR codes without a network connection.
Get alerts when visitors have not checked in by their scheduled visit start time.
Screen Copying Between ScreenFlows
Reusing proven layouts across projects is now easier. You can copy full screens from one ScreenFlow to another, helping you maintain design consistency and speed up content creation.

How it works
Go to Content → ScreenFlows and open or create a ScreenFlow.
Hover over the screen you want to copy in the left-hand navigation bar until the three-dot icon appears. Click it to see the action menu, then select Copy to.
In the panel on the right, browse your folders and select the target ScreenFlow. Then click Copy.
After the copy is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message. The screen has been added to the end of the target ScreenFlow’s screen list.
If you see an error message, check whether you have edit permissions for the target ScreenFlow.
Important: Interactive and timeout actions may not work as expected after copying. Review and update them manually in the target ScreenFlow — check Actions in the settings panel on the right.

Notes
Screens are copied as-is. Element positions, sizes, and styles are preserved, and resolution is not automatically adjusted.
The previous Copy action for copying screens, elements, or groups of elements within the same ScreenFlow has been renamed to Duplicate.
Parking App in Offline Mode
The friendlyway Pass web app now supports offline access. When the app is online, it stores current and upcoming bookings locally. This allows end users to access important booking information later, even in areas with poor or no connectivity, such as underground parking garages.

How it works
After the app has been opened once while online:
You can still open the app, and you remain signed in when your device is offline.
You see a “You are currently offline” banner at the top of the screen.
You can view cached current and upcoming bookings on Home and My Bookings.
QR codes for cached bookings remain available.
Features that require a server connection, such as profile access or booking edits, are unavailable.
When the connection returns:
The offline banner disappears automatically.
The app refreshes booking data.
If your access token has expired and cannot be refreshed, you may be redirected to the login screen.
This helps ensure that users can still access the information they need when network coverage is limited.
Not-Checked-In Notifications
You can now send automatic email or Microsoft Teams notifications when a visitor has not checked in by the scheduled start time. In setups where pre-visit check-in is required, this helps teams respond more quickly, improve follow-up, and maintain accurate visitor records.
Who can receive: The visit organizer, deputy, visit creator, selected platform users (e.g., reception or security staff), and the visitor themselves.

How to enable and configure notifications
Note: Before enabling this notification type, ensure pre-visit check-in is allowed under Check-in → Settings → Check-in → Time restrictions.

Go to Check-in → Settings → Notifications → Settings.
Enable Notifications about not checked-in visitors.
For each standard recipient, choose:
Notification method: Email and/or Microsoft Teams
Delay: number of minutes after the scheduled visit start time
To add custom recipients, click + Add and define the method, delay, and optional conditions by visit type and/or location.
Save your changes.

How to customize templates
To customize message templates, go to Check-in → Settings → Notifications → Templates.
Visitor notifications: Open the Visitor tab and select Visitor not checked in → Email. Edit the default template or upload or create your own using supported placeholders and condition filters by visit type and/or location.
Organizer and internal notifications: Open the Organizer tab and select Visitor not checked in → Email or MS Teams. Edit the default template or upload or create your own using supported placeholders and condition filters by visit type and/or location.
Save each template after editing.

Other Improvements and Resolved Issues
Visitor Management
Print multiple badges from the Waitlist: In Check-in → Waitlist, you can now select multiple visitors using checkboxes and print their badges in one step, provided platform badge printing is enabled.
Export host lists as CSV: Users with the required custom-role permission can download filtered host data from Check-in → Hosts using the Download button (
) in the top toolbar.
Parking Management
Set when parking reminders are sent: You can now define how long before a booking starts that reminder notifications are sent, from 1 to 48 hours. The default remains 24 hours. Configure this under Parking → Settings → Notifications → Settings → Reminder.
Digital Signage
Preserve localized content when changing the default language in ScreenFlows: If content is missing in the new default language, the system now carries over values from the previous default language. Existing values are not overwritten.
