AI Translations in ScreenFlow Editor

Signage

Creating multilingual digital signage has become faster and easier with pre-filled AI-powered translations for content components (Text, Button) in the ScreenFlow editor.

How to use:

  1. Go to Content → ScreenFlows and open/create a ScreenFlow.

  2. Select a content component that displays text, such as Text or Button, and check Multilingual support on the settings panel.

  3. Click Translate text with AI; non-default languages will auto-populate.

  4. Review/edit as needed, then Save.

Result keeps the source formatting.

Check-in Upon Waitlist Approval

Check-in

You can now automatically mark a visitor as checked in the moment you approve them from the waitlist. Great for workflows where visitor approval is required and the check-in event isn’t tied to physical entry or other action.

How to enable:

  1. Go to Check-in → Settings → Check-in.

  2. Toggle Auto-check-in when approving from waitlist (off by default).

  3. Save.

Kiosk LED Light Color Control

Check-in Devices

Provide clear, intuitive check-in feedback with a color-coded LED frame:

  • Steady, brand-matched greeting color to help visitors locate the kiosk.

  • Blinking green/red cues to indicate successful or failed check-ins at a glance.

Not-Checked-Out Notifications

Check-in

You can now set up automatic email/Teams alerts when a visitor hasn’t checked out after their scheduled end time, thus improving security and compliance. The responsible persons can then follow up or manually check the visitor out, block their card, or prolong the visit time.

Who can receive: The visit organizer, their deputy, the visit creator, any platform user (e.g., reception/security), and the visitor themselves.

How to enable and configure:

  1. Check-in → Settings → Notifications → Settings.

  2. Enable Notifications about not checked-out visitors.

  3. For each standard recipient, set:

    • Channel: Email and/or Teams

    • Delay: minutes after scheduled end (default: no delay)

  4. Add custom recipients as needed (channel, delay, visit type/location filter).

  5. Save.

How to customize templates:

  1. Check-in → Settings → Notifications → Templates.

  2. Visitor tab → “Visitor not checked out” → Email: edit a standard template or upload/construct your own.

  3. Organizer tab → “Visitor not checked out” → Email / MS Teams: edit a standard template or upload/construct your own.

  4. Save each.

Evacuation Lists with Auto-Email

Check-in

Generate, download, and email a printable evacuation list of visitors currently on-site (who have checked in but not checked out), including name, company, check-in time, and contact information, to support evacuation efforts in emergencies.

Permissions: Available to users with the Check-in admin role.

How to configure:

  1. Check-in → Settings → Evacuation list (bottom).

  2. Choose Format: PDF (default) or Excel.

  3. Add Recipient emails (comma-separated).

  4. Select Email template (set up under: Check-in → Settings → Notifications → Templates → Other → Additional notifications).

  5. Optionally Filter by location (for multi-location accounts).

  6. Save.

How to generate and send:

  1. Go to Check-in → Dashboard or Visit Log.

  2. Click Evacuation list (top-right).

  3. A file is generated (sorted A→Z by visitor’s full name).

  4. If recipient emails are configured, emails are sent automatically with the list attached.
