We developed our system to ensure you have a simple and easy way to create and publish various types of content. The main elements of our system, designed for content management, are the Content, Schedule, and Media modules. These control elements will be sufficient for you to create and publish your content according to a set schedule.
To create new content for your output device, go to the Content area. Here, you can find tools for creating various content composition options on different types of devices (kiosks, monitors, digital boards, etc.). The main elements are:
ScreenFlow — enables complex interactive projects with different media objects and screen layouts. It supports a variety of content types, including images, videos, and text, and offers customizable display options. Read more in the section on .
Playlist — allows you to set up simpler slideshows with images and videos on the screen, controlling the sequence and display time of elements and various transition options between them for a more dynamic presentation. Read more in the section on .
ShowBoard — splits the screen into several fixed areas, allowing for the creation of engaging content across multiple displays, integrating various elements: video chat, links to external web pages, wayfinding maps, etc. Read more in the section on .
To choose the right type of content composition, define your purpose first. Regardless of your business domain, the Platform caters to a myriad of use cases. The most common scenarios that you might find relevant include:
Promotional screens and videos. Ideal for advertising products or services and displaying promotional materials that aim to captivate your audience and strengthen brand visibility. To play any types of videos on devices, use a Playlist or ScreenFlow.
Information screens. Ideal for disseminating information, sharing updates, or delivering announcements that resonate with your audience. You can present a series of images/graphics or any sequential visual content using Playlists or ScreenFlows.
Directions and navigation. Especially useful in large facilities like malls, airports, or campuses and in the public sector, this type of digital signage can provide directions and guide visitors to local points of interest. For navigation screens, use Playlists or ScreenFlows.
Interactive welcome screens. Greet visitors, employees, or customers, personalizing these screens based on time, occasion, or target audience for added impact. To create interactive welcome screens, utilize ScreenFlow functionalities.
Interactive self-service menus. Provide self-help options for your audience. Whether in a tourist information center, hotel, restaurant, or office space, interactive menus empower users to access the services they need at their own pace. For interactive menus, use ScreenFlows.
Interactive product/service listings. Enabling your audience to not just view, but also interact with your offerings can lead to increased engagement, better user satisfaction, and potentially higher conversion rates. To create interactive listings, utilize ScreenFlow functionalities.
Multi-section screen layouts. Display varied content on a setup composed of multiple monitors or on a single screen segmented into various sections. Ideal for creating dynamic and engaging visual presentations in any space. For multi-section screen layouts, utilize ShowBoard functionalities.
