2. Online Registration

If Online Registration is enabled in the check-in workflow and the {RegistrationLink} placeholder exists in the invitation template (refer to Notification Templates and Placeholders), the visitor will receive an invitation containing a personalized link for online registration.

The system guides the invitee through steps defined in the workflow, where they sign documents and fill out questionnaires.

As a result, the visitor is marked as registered in visit details.
