Check Your Email for the Invitation

Begin by checking your email inbox for an invitation from friendlyway Cloud Platform or a friendlyway representative. If you can't find it, make sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it ended up there.

For any questions about your access to the Platform, email us at

Navigate from the Invitation Email

In the email, you'll find details about your invite. Read through the information to familiarize yourself with what to expect. Here is a sample automated invitation email:

Locate and click on the "Continue" button or web application link. This will redirect you to the friendlyway Cloud Platform's password setup page.

Set Your Password

Set up a password according to the specified rules provided on the page.

Tip: Create a strong and unique password that you can remember. Consider using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.

Once you've successfully set your password, you're ready to log in and delve into the Platform's offerings!

Log into the Platform

  1. Use the login credentials provided in your invite email or the email address the invitation was sent to.

  2. Enter your newly set password.

  3. Click on the "Log in" or "Enter" button.

Congratulations! You're now inside the friendlyway Cloud Platform. Enjoy exploring its functionalities and have a delightful experience.
