Assigning and Playing Priority Content

Priority Content refers to specific digital content that holds a critical importance and can be manually triggered for immediate display on all designated terminals without scheduling.

To add priority content and start its playback, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Priority Content" tab in the "Schedule" menu.

2. Click the "Create" button.

1. Choose the groups for which this content will be played, or select all groups. Click Next.

1. Select the specific content you want to designate as priority. This can be chosen from ScreenFlows, Playlists, or ShowBoards. Click Save.

The saved content will be displayed in the table as priority content.

1. To initiate the playback of the priority content, simply click the "play" icon button in the respective row within the table. The Player will immediately begin playing this designated content, overriding the regular schedule.

1. To stop the playback of the priority content and return to the scheduled content, click the "stop" icon button in the corresponding row of the table. The Player will promptly cease playing the priority content and resume following the predefined schedule.
