Badge Templates and Placeholders

In the Badges section on the Settings tab, you'll find various badge templates for different purposes.

Special keywords (placeholders) can be utilized to construct your badge templates.

{Title}	Visitor's title
{FirstName}	Visitor's first name
{LastName}	Visitor's last name
{VisitorName}	Visitor's full name (in this format: Title FirstName LastName)
{VisitorAddress}	Visitor's personal address
{Email}	Visitor's email address
{Organizer}	Visit organizer's full name
{OrganizerAddress}	Organizer's address
{OrganizerDepartment}	Organizer's unit in the organization
{Company}	The company in which the visitor works
{Phone}	Visitor's personal phone number
{Address}	Building address of the visit location
{Floor}	Floor in the building of the visit location
{Room}	Room number in the building of the visit location
{Description}	Visitor description
{StaticPIN}	Static PIN code for visitor registration
{QR}	QR code for visitor registration
{VisitorNumber}	Visitor queue number
{VisitTypeName}	Visit type's name in full
{VisitTypeAbbreviation}	Visit type's abbreviation in the system
{StartDate}	Visit start date
{EndDate}	Visit end date
{StartTime}	Visit start time

{CurrentDate}	Current date (when the badge is printed)
