Online Pre-Registration

Planned visitors typically receive an invitation email that includes a link to online pre-registration.

In this section of settings, you can customize pre-registration screens for each workflow separately.

1. Toggle on online pre-registration to enable it.

2. Select a configured workflow from a dropdown. Agreements and/or forms linked to that workflow will be shown during online pre-registration.

The Online checkbox must also be selected in the Agreement/Form screen settings in the respective workflow.

1. Customize the body and button text on the start screen. Use placeholders listed in the info hint, if needed.

2. Customize the text on the registration result screen.

3. Toggle "Send e-mail confirmation to the visitor" on to send automatic confirmation emails to visitors when they complete online pre-registration.

Be sure to configure the "Online pre-registration" email template in the Notification settings.

1. Click Save.
