Verifying the Add-In

Once deployed, you can verify that the friendlyway Outlook Add-In is visible and functioning correctly for your users.

Web Version of Outlook

  1. Open your browser and go to Outlook Web App.

  2. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Open the Calendar view and start creating a new meeting or open an existing one.

  4. In the ribbon menu, look for the friendlyway Add-In button.

Click on friendlyway to activate and use the add-in within your meeting.

Desktop Version of Outlook

  1. Launch the Outlook desktop application.

  2. Open the Calendar view and start creating a new meeting or open an existing one.

  3. In the ribbon menu, look for the friendlyway Add-In button.

  4. Click Create visit to activate and use the add-in within your meeting.
