Parking Notifications
Email Templates and Placeholders
The Notifications section on the Settings tab contains notification templates of various types. All templates are designed to be adaptable to different languages. You can use standard templates or set up custom notifications based on your preferences using designated placeholders.

Parking Notification Types and Sample Templates
Booking confirmation: This notification is sent to the user after their booking is successfully created.

Reminder: This notification is sent to the user on the day before their booking date.

Change: This notification is sent to the user whenever their booking details are modified (except for booking extension - see the following type).

Extension: This notification is sent to the user after their booking is successfully extended.

Cancellation: This confirmation is sent to the user after their booking is successfully cancelled.

No-Show: This notification is sent to the user (with an optional copy to the Parking Administrator/Reception) when it is detected that their vehicle has not arrived at the booked parking space within the set time frame.

Late Arrival Confirmation Request: This notification is sent at the configured time to the user whose vehicle has not yet arrived. It requests a confirmation of their arrival to prevent the automatic release of the parking space after a set deadline.

Overstay: This notification is sent to the user (with an optional copy to the Parking Administrator/Reception) when it is detected that their vehicle has not yet left its parking space after the booking's departure time has passed.

Parking Notification Placeholders
Placeholders inserted in the email template reference data stored on the Platform. Use these special keywords to enable the system to dynamically replace values based on user, vehicle, location, time, and other data.
The following placeholders (grouped for ease of reference) can be used in the subject or body of notification emails:
User & Vehicle Information
{UserName}
The full name of the person for whom the booking is made.
{LicensePlates}
The license plate number(s) associated with the booking.
Parking Location Details
{ParkingLevel}
The level where the parking space is located (e.g., "P2", "Level 3").
{ParkingArea}
The specific zone or area within the parking level (e.g., "Zone B", "Area 5").
{ParkingSpace}
The number or identifier of the assigned parking space (e.g., "101", "A-05").
{ParkingSpaceType}
The type of the parking space (e.g., "Standard", "E-parking space").
Booking Date & Time
{BookingStartDate}
The date on which the booking is scheduled to begin (e.g., "2025-10-28").
{BookingStartTime}
The time at which the booking is scheduled to begin (e.g., "14:00").
{BookingEndDate}
The date on which the booking is scheduled to end.
{BookingEndTime}
The time at which the booking is scheduled to end.
{PrevBookingStartDate}
Used in the "Change" notification email subject to reference the original start date of the booking that was edited.
{PrevBookingStartTime}
Used in the "Change" notification email subject to reference the original start time of the booking that was edited.
System-Specific Times
{LateArrivalConfirmationDeadlineTime}
The deadline by which a user must confirm their late arrival to prevent their parking space from being released.
Functional Links & QR Code
{CancellationLink}
A unique URL that the user can click to navigate to the booking cancellation page.
{LateArrivalConfirmationLink}
A unique URL that the user can click to navigate to the page where they can confirm their late arrival.
{QR}
A placeholder for the QR code image. This QR code can be scanned at the entry/exit barrier for access.
